After several years in the construction industry, we identified a clear need for truly luxurious, high-specification holiday villas in Hanioti—one of Halkidiki’s most sought-after destinations. We set out to fill that gap, but our vision extended far beyond creating just another collection of beautiful homes. We wanted to design something distinctive: private residences that combine sophisticated architecture, exceptional quality, modern comfort and meticulous attention to every detail. Our ambition was to offer a unique living experience for the most discerning owners—people who expect nothing less than the extraordinary.
Today, that vision has become a reality through the collaboration of Athos Group – Developer/Investor ( www.athosgroup.gr ) & Keystone Development – Construction ( https://www.keystonedev.gr )
Welcome to a new standard of luxury living in Halkidiki.
